Local developer McKinley Homes is ramping up sales efforts at its 22-story Seven88 West Midtown condo tower.
The 279-unit property is now open for viewings seven days a week, and a pair of McKinley agents are available on-site for potential buyers, according to a press release.
“We are excited to provide potential buyers with more opportunities to meet with agents and find their dream home,” said Don Gale, vice president of marketing and sales for McKinley Homes. “Experienced agents Adrienne Wilson and Tiffine Baker are on site and available to buyers. They are excited about the opportunity to showcase the building and its many amenities and homes available.
Visitors can tour five ornate model homes, as well as amenity spaces, including an outdoor patio with dining and gathering spaces, a saltwater pool, and a hot tub. Indoor facilities include a fitness center, yoga studio, dog park and spa, club room with show kitchen, billiards and lounge.
Move-in ready homes start in the low $300,000s and go up to over $1 million. Residences are available in 20 floor plans ranging from studios to one- to three-bedroom apartments to penthouses.
Residents began to occupy the concrete and steel building, located at 788 Marietta Street West, in 2020. When complete, the tower will offer 9,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space on the ground floor.
Tours are available 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
