QUANTRON strengthens its sales, service and strategy unit

As part of its global focus, Quantron AG announced that it is filling strategically important positions in its service and customer service, sales team, and corporate and product strategy.

Olaf Muschner takes over as head of Service & Customer Care International within the After-Sales unit. Muschner brings many years of management experience in the international commercial vehicle and drive systems aftermarket. Previously, he worked in sales and marketing at Iveco, mainly focusing on customer service. His main responsibilities at QUANTRON include building a professional service network and ensuring service availability through diagnostic and repair tools, documentation, training and customer support. In addition to German, he also speaks Italian, English, Russian and French.

Tobias Steffen takes over the management of the commercial team and the structure. Steffen brings extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry. Most recently, he was Sales Manager, New Vehicles, at Iveco West Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH, where he led the sales team. There he was responsible for the light, medium and heavy segments, which he was able to successfully develop together with his team. Previously, he was District Manager for Used Vehicles at Iveco Magirus, where he gained in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle remarketing. At QUANTRON, he will focus in the future on the Van & Truck division primarily on the German, Austrian and Swiss markets, as well as on expanding the customer portfolio and further market penetration.

Dr. Rengarajan assumes the role of Senior Director, Business and Product Strategy. Dr. Rengarajan, who holds a PhD in Business Administration, has extensive expertise in the areas of strategy and management consulting, having previously held positions at Daimler Truck and Oliver Wyman. His responsibilities at QUANTRON include supporting management in strategic corporate, market and competitive direction as well as growth initiatives and investor issues. Building on his previous work experience as an engineer, he will also be heavily involved in product strategy initiatives at QUANTRON. Dr. Rengarajan is an honorary member of various organizations such as Battery Associates and Indo-German Young Leaders Forum.
