Poco expands its offline footprint in India with a new sales and service center in Mumbai

Poco has announced the expansion of its offline presence in India with the launch of a new sales and service center in Mumbai. This is Xiaomi’s second sales and service center in the country. The other is located in Kolkata.

The sales and service center, in Mumbai, will help bolster Poco’s offline presence while providing “best-in-class sales and service center experience across all portfolios,” he said in A press release.

Poco will provide customers with a hands-on experience with F, X, M and C series smartphones at the center, in addition to providing technical support, including spare parts, while maintaining all necessary hygiene protocols.

Apart from that, Poco has also announced that it will be offering several offers to its customers. During the first week, consumers will benefit from a flat-rate 15% discount on spare parts. The smartphone company will also provide its customers with free software updates at the center. Additionally, Poco will also deliver its products to its consumer’s doorstep.

By doing all this, the company aims to expand its offline presence in the market.
