Oil Kings sign forward Luke Robson to standard WHL player deal

Edmonton, AB – The Edmonton Oil Kings have signed 2004-born forward Luke Robson to a standard player deal in the Western Hockey League, the team announced today.

Robson, a product of Carberry, MB, was acquired by the Oil Kings Sept. 5 from the Moose Jaw Warriors.

The 5-foot-10, 154-pound forward spent last season with the Waywayseecappo Wolverines of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League where he played in 46 games and recorded 29 points (12G, 17A) and four penalty minutes.

He was originally drafted by the Warriors in the ninth round, 178th overall, of the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
