Nothing Phone (1) was launched in India earlier this week by the London-based smartphone company. With its unique design, Nothing has changed the way people perceive Android smartphones in the mid-range category. Not only an eye-catching design, Nothing also offers a set of specs. Although everything looks good on the phone, there is one factor that could prevent you from buying the after-sales service. If you are wondering if the brand has service centers in the city or how the customer service works, Nothing has listed all the necessary details you would need regarding the company’s after-sales service.
Nothing shared the company’s helpline on 1800 2021 232, which is a toll-free number. Customers can contact executives on this number between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. daily. If you are unable to get in touch with the customer service managers, you can request a call back on the website at (https://in.nothing.tech/pages/contact-support).
As far as service centers are concerned, Nothing currently has any exclusive authorized service stations in India. By exclusive, we mean service centers where only Nothing products will be supported like Samsung or Apple has one. However, if something goes wrong with your phone, the brand has a number of authorized service centers in India. For example, Delhi has a total of six service centers where you can get your damaged phone repaired.
To check the list and complete address of service centers in your city, go to the Nothing website at (https://in.nothing.tech/pages/service-center?s=08 ). You will be asked to select your city and locality.
