Kia India launches MyKia: industry’s first app that integrates sales, service and other benefits

Kia India has introduced a first integrated customer communication application called “MyKia” which aims to improve the overall customer ownership experience and provide multiple benefits including sales, service, among other remarkable features. The MyKia app can be used for all aspects of the car ownership journey, from purchase to service.
Hardeep Singh Brar, Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing, Kia India said, “So far, we have received an excellent response from Indian customers due to our unique product and service offerings. With initiatives like MyKia, we want to deliver digital innovations in sales, service and beyond that will deliver a differentiated and premium experience for customers throughout their car ownership journey. We believe that technological innovations play an important role in customer engagement and satisfaction and with MyKia we plan to improve the customer experience.
Sales features included in the MyKia app are requesting a test drive, getting a quote, requesting a video consultation via Digi-Connect, and finally booking a Kia car. Aftermarket features include reservation and tracking services, service cost calculator, Electronic Vehicle Health Report (EVHC), service expense summary, and service feedback.
Apart from this, Kia India has also introduced ‘MyKia Rewards’ – an exclusive customer loyalty program. Through this, Kia customers can receive rewards in the form of several offers and discounts on various brands ranging from electronics and gadgets, food and beverages, fashion and lifestyle, hotels and travel, from sports to cosmetics and jewelry. Using the MyKia app, customers can select these offers, activate them and redeem them online or offline at the brand’s stores.
Other features of the new app include Kia News, service notifications, Digi Wallet, My car dashboard, location of preferred dealers via dealer locator, tips and FAQs. MyKia is available for iOS and Android users.
