Capriotti’s and Wing Zone continue to sign growth agreements

Continually setting the tone for a year of aggressive development in 2022, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Wing Zone announced the signing of 17 franchise agreements in the third quarter, bringing 43 additional stores to 11 states across the country. The signings will add 23 Capriotti locations and 20 Wing Zone to the development pipeline. The third quarter deals will expand both brands into new territories, bringing award-winning foods to new regions across the country.

Capriotti’s AUV remains impressive with the 25% higher average at over $1.3 million, with contributions from newly opened stores in 2022 producing an average sales 50% higher than the brand’s AUV of 994 $847.
